Contact us at [email protected] for questions related to refunds and returns. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

 
Return Policy

Before returning any Corvis Laboratories product, you must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please contact Customer Service, available via phone at +1(786) 732-4266 or via e-mail at [email protected] to begin an RMA request.

Please make sure to include the RMA number on the box, shipping label, or inside the package.

Buyer is responsible for both the original delivery cost and the return shipping charges. If you are returning a damaged, defective, or shipment error, Corvis Laboratories will provide you with a pre-paid return label and reimburse you the original shipping cost.

Corvis Laboratories will not accept any expired product nor any product that is within six (6) months of expiration.

Unexpected returns will not be accepted. An RMA request must be opened with Customer Service, via phone or e-mail. 

All returns are subject to approval based on our team’s inspection of returned product(s). 

All products have batch/lot production numbers that are recorded with every transaction. Any product(s) returned must have the same batch/lot number originally shipped.

Any container, bottle, or packet that is opened, unsealed, or has the cello band not intact (on applicable products) are not eligible for a return or refund

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal, credit card, or original method of payment, within five (5) business days.

If you paid with credit card or PayPal, please allow up to five (5) business days from the time Corvis Laboratories receives the return for the refund to reflect on your account. If you paid with a check, please allow up to two (2) weeks to receive a refund check from Corvis Laboratories.
